Delphi advisor in connection with CERTEGO’s acquisition of Lås & Larm Aktuellt

Delphi has acted as legal advisor to the owners of Lås & Larm Aktuellt i Malmö AB, alongside Weibull M&A as financial advisor, in connection with the signing of an agreement to sell all shares in the company to CERTEGO. Lås & Larm Aktuellt is an established local provider of lock and security solutions in Malmö, with strong customer relationships and extensive service operations.
