Delphi advisor to the owners in connection with divestment of Ego Hälsostudio to Actic

Delphi has advised the owners in connection with the divestment of Ego Hälsostudio Aktiebolag (“Ego Hälsostudio”) to ACTIC AB, part of the Actic group (“Actic”).

Ego Hälsostudio is a family-run gym chain with eight facilities in Sundsvall. The company offers a wide range of products, has strong local roots and extensive industry experience since its founding in 1981.

Actic is one of the leading players in the fitness and health market. Actic Group AB is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
