Delphi has advised the sellers of Institutet för kvalitetsindikatorer Fenix AB (Indikator) in connection with the sale of a majority of the shares in the company to Tången Industrikapital.

Indikator, headquartered in Gothenburg, is one of Sweden’s leading survey and research companies, with broad expertise in survey design, data collection, questionnaire construction and statistics. Its clients span the public and private sectors – from government agencies, regions and municipalities to universities and private companies. Indikator regularly conducts public opinion polls and target-group analyses within politics, society and economics, and delivers, among other things, SVT’s election compass (Valkompassen) and Sveriges Radio’s voter barometer (Väljarbarometern).

Tången Industrikapital is an industrial group listed on Nasdaq Stockholm that owns and develops niche, medium-sized companies in the Nordics. Indikator will form part of Tången’s Service business area.

Delphi’s team consisted of Hanna Ebenhardt and Christoffer Mangelus.
