Delphi advisor to NTT Data Business Solutions AG in connection with the acquisition of Netgain AB from CombinedX Professional Services AB

Delphi has advised NTT Data Business Solutions AG in connection with entering into an agreement to acquire all shares in Netgain AB from CombinedX Professional Services AB.

Netgain AB, founded in 2008, is one of Sweden’s leading specialist companies within ServiceNow, with approximately 60 employees. NTT Data Business Solutions AG is one of ServiceNow’s leading global strategic partners, and Netgain AB will work with NTT Data Business Solutions AG’s subsidiary The Cloud People.

The acquisition is subject to a customary regulatory approval, in the form of FDI approval in Sweden.

Delphi’s team mainly consisted of Rickard Isacson, Christoffer Malmström, Carl Dahlgren, Dahae Roland, Amanda Bos Ekman, Ida Nordmark and Klara Thyrén.
