Delphi advisor to Nordic Outdoor Group on the acquisition of BIOS Aktiebolag

Delphi has acted as legal advisor to Nordic Outdoor Group in connection with the acquisition of BIOS Aktiebolag, the Swedish sport fishing and outdoor company behind the iFish brand. Through the acquisition, BIOS becomes the sixth company in the Nordic group dedicated to building and developing niche brands within sport fishing.

BIOS brings the iFish brand to the group and strengthens Nordic Outdoor Group’s position in the Swedish spinning fishing market, complementing the group’s other brands Sølvkroken, Vision Fly Fishing, Aava, Fly Dressing and Fly Scene.

BIOS Aktiebolag was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Malung, Sweden.

Delphi advised Nordic Outdoor Group throughout the transaction, with Sven Lindblom and Elfie Ekegren Franzetti acting as advisors.
