Delphi advisor to Jernhusen on acquisition of office property in Gothenburg

Delphi has advised Jernhusen on the acquisition of the Lokomotivet office property in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg. The property comprises approximately 6,600 square metres of office space, of which approximately 4,800 square metres are fitted out in the semi-circular building, on a site of approximately 18,000 square metres. Tenants include Folkspel, Green Cargo and Bygglet. The acquisition gives Jernhusen the opportunity, together with the company’s adjacent depot properties in Sävenäs, to create a more cohesive development of the area. Jernhusen took possession of the property on 1 September 2026.
