Delphi advisor to Ekman Hedesunda Holding AB in connection with the divestment of Ekmans Hedesunda AB

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised Ekman Hedesunda Holding AB in connection with the divestment of all shares in Ekmans Hedesunda AB to Bellman Group AB. Ekmans Hedesunda AB operates business in transport solutions, machinery services for construction and civil engineering projects, and workshop services, with a strong market position in Gävleborg. Ekmans Hedesunda has a revenue of approximately SEK 239 million with 23 employees.

Bellman Group AB is a construction group operating in rock blasting, excavation, transport and handling of aggregates. In 2025, the group had revenue of SEK 4 billion. Bellman Group AB has around 800 employees.
