Delphi advisor to Apir on acquisition of Arkadia Bostäder Syd

Delphi, through Sven Lindblom, has acted as legal advisor to Apir Förvaltnings AB on the acquisition of all shares in Arkadia Bostäder Syd AB, which owns the property Klippan Växthuset 22.

Apir – a growing Skåne-based real estate company – is thereby taking further steps in its expansion, adding a newly built residential project comprising two apartment buildings with a total of 28 apartments to its portfolio. Completion took place on 1 October 2026.

The seller was SEB Arkadia Bostad Holding S.à.r.l.
