Delphi strengthens its intellectual property and dispute resolution offering – Tobias Kempas joins as partner

Tobias Kempas will join Advokatfirman Delphi in Stockholm as partner on 1 January 2027, where he will work within the firm’s Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution practice areas. Tobias joins from Vinge, where he has worked since 2014.

Tobias is one of Sweden’s leading lawyers in intellectual property and marketing law, with nearly 25 years of experience in complex dispute resolution, commercial agreements and strategic advice. His areas of specialisation include trademark law, copyright, design law, trade secrets and marketing law. Tobias is also an expert on the intellectual property issues that arise in the development and use of AI technologies. He is the author of the book “Artificiell intelligens och immaterialrätt – i Sverige och EU” (Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Law – in Sweden and the EU).

–We are delighted to welcome Tobias to Delphi. Tobias is a highly regarded lawyer, and his experience of complex IP disputes and specialist expertise in intellectual property law are valuable additions to the firm’s offering in these areas, says Michael Juhlin, Executive Partner at Delphi.

– I am really looking forward to becoming part of Delphi, which has a strong position in both intellectual property and dispute resolution. Successful dispute resolution requires not only specialist legal expertise, but also the ability to understand the client’s business, to identify what is at stake, and to develop and execute the right strategy. Delphi is exceptionally well placed to provide high-quality counsel in complex and commercially significant IP disputes, says Tobias Kempas.
