New rules on dawn-raids – are you prepared if your company has unexpected visitors?

On 1 January 2016, new rules come into effect that will provide the Competition Authority with legal support to take mirrored hard disks from companies subject to a dawn raid in order to examine them in the Authority’s own premises. Partner Elisabeth Eklund and senior associate Oscar Jansson explain what the new rules mean for companies and why a company’s representatives should carefully consider whether the Competition Authority should have that right.
