Adam Forsberg

Adam Forsberg primarily focuses on construction and consultancy law. He advises clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers at every stage of a construction project, from procurement and contract drafting to ongoing advice on project matters and dispute resolution. He also has extensive experience in construction disputes and represents clients in cases of varying types and complexity, both in out-of-court negotiations and in court proceedings.

Adam also advises tenant-owner associations on association-related matters, including the board’s liability and members’ rights and obligations. In addition, he advises property owners and developers on matters concerning building permits and appeals against decisions by public authorities under the Planning and Building Act.
