Kristian Fredrikson is a specialist in intellectual property rights, marketing law and commercial contracts as well as dispute resolution in these fields. He specializes in patent law matters but works with all intellectual property rights and advices on licensing, transfers, research and development, distribution, franchising, infringement and validity for a large number of technology companies and service companies. He has many assignments in commercial law and is responsible for the intellectual property rights part of due diligence and transactional work. He has successfully represented clients in a number of disputes related to infringement and validity of intellectual property rights, unfair marketing and commercial contracts. He has further ample experience of contracts related to publicly funded R&D projects. Kristian regularly lectures on intellectual property law and has written a number of articles on this and on procedural law.
