Richard Lenemark has 20 years of experience in the Intellectual Property (IP) field and represents Swedish and international IP clients. While doing both contentions and non-contentious work, Richard focuses on contentious matters concerning copyright, trademark and marketing practices law. Richard has a vast and long-time experience of handling extensive and complex litigations and arbitrations, both within the IP field, as well as with respect to commercial matters in general. Richard also assists clients with respect to various IP transactions and drafting of contracts, above all within the media and entertainment sectors.
