Delphi advisor to Alcadon Group AB in connection with new facilities agreement

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised Alcadon Group AB in connection with the entry into of a multicurrency revolving credit and term loan facility. The credit facilities amount to a total of SEK 525 million, with an accordion option of SEK 150 million.

Alcadon Group acquires, owns, and develops leading companies and brands within systems, solutions, and products for network infrastructure and data communication. Founded in 1988, Alcadon currently operates in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
