Delphi advisor to Lauxera Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition of and investment in Antaros

Delphi has acted as legal advisor to Lauxera Capital Partners in connection with its acquisition of and investment in Antaros Holding AB and its subsidiaries, including Antaros Medical AB and Antaros Tracer AB (“Antaros”). Lauxera Capital Partners is a transatlantic investment firm exclusively dedicated to the healthtech industry.

Antaros is engaged in the development of innovative medical imaging techniques and methodologies for use in clinical studies for development of pharmaceutical products. Through the acquisition, Lauxera Capital Partners becomes the majority shareholder alongside Antaros’ co-founders. Lauxera Capital Partners will support Antaros in its continued growth journey.
