Delphi appoints two new partners in Stockholm
Delphi is pleased to announce that two new partners have been elected to the Stockholm office. Sandra Broneus joined the firm on September 1, 2023, and Karin Roberts will be promoted on January 1, 2024.
Sandra Broneus specializes in corporate and stock market law, securities law and public M&A. She joins Delphi from Hammarskiöld, where she was a partner. Sandra assists national and international clients in IPOs, capital acquisitions, transactions and corporate governance, to mention some areas. Sandra is also academically active at Uppsala University, where she teaches stock market law with a focus on stock market listings. Sandra has also written books and articles within the field of stock market law.

Karin Roberts specializes in the field of competition law and regulatory matters. She also has expertise in addressing investment-related concerns from a regulatory and security law perspective. Karin boasts a lengthy and diverse track record of handling complex regulatory matters and conducting investigations pertaining to competition law. Her experience encompasses a wide range of issues, including merger control, cartels and cases involving the abuse of dominant market position. Karin assists clients through competition law investigations, advises on regulatory matters related to investments and M&A, while also assisting in compliance matters. Karin also assumes an important role in overseeing Delphi’s CSR initiatives in the Stockholm office.
