Delphi advisor to Alligo in connection with the acquisition of Corema Svets & Industriprodukter AB

Delphi has advised Swedol AB, part of the Alligo group, in connection with its acquisitions of all shares in Corema Svets & Industriprodukter and its wholly owned subsidiaries Corema Fasteners AB and Corema Sundsvall AB. The Companies are full-service suppliers of welding, industrial products, and fasteners. The Companies have a total of 25 employees in Gothenburg and Sundsvall with a combined annual turnover of approximately SEK 155 million.

The acquisition further strengthens Alligo’s position in welding and fastening in the Nordic region. Alligo is a leading player in workwear, personal protective equipment, tools, and consumables in the Nordic region. The group has an annual revenue of approximately SEK 9,3 billion and nearly 2,400 employees.
