Delphi has advised Addtech AB (publ) on the acquisition of all shares in Sittab AB. Closing is expected to occur in early October 2013.
Sittab delivers ergonomic solutions to driver seats, mainly against construction equipment and buses and has its own operations in Sweden, USA and China. Headquartered is located in Gustafs in Dalarna County. The product range includes armrests and headrests, turntables and slider rails which enhance operator comfort.
Delphi’s team was led by Per Berglöf, responsible for the transaction and negotiations and by Fredrik Mörner, head of the due diligence team. In addition, a relatively large number of lawyers at the firm also assisted on the acquisition.
