Delphi has advised BRA AB, BRA Bygg AB and P-G Mark AB (a company within the BRA AB group) on P-G Mark AB’s acquisition of all shares in Skandinavisk Maskin & Anläggningssystem AB. The sellers were AJ Holding and TJ Holding AB.
Skandinavisk Maskin & Anläggningssystem AB and its subsidiaries Scandinavian Maskin & Anläggningssystem AB are consultant and equipment hire companies with special emphasis on the site development and asphalt industry.
P-G Mark AB is a company within the BRA AB group and provides services as a site development and construction contractor. The acquisition of Skandinavisk Maskin & Anläggningssystem AB is a good complement to P-G Mark AB’s operations. Through the transaction AJ Holding AB and TJ Holding AB jointly acquired 27 per cent of all shares of P-G Mark AB and 2 per cent of all shares in BRA Bygg AB.
