BRA Bygg AB is a major actor in the construction market in western Sweden, the company’s project consists in including building services, major contracts and turnkey projects. On the property BRA Bygg AB is going to build the new headquarter for Semcon. The headquarter will be at the gate to Lindholmen Science Park and the nearest neighbour is the Swedish Television. Start date for the lease is scheduled to January 2015. Eklandia is the commissioner of the building and Semcon’s future landlord.
