Doxa AB (publ) is a Swedish company based in Uppsala, developing and commercializing dental applications based on its patented and unique technology platform Ceramir.
Doxa is now carrying out a new share issue of up to 20.7 million SEK, with distribution to the public for future listing of the company’s shares on NASDAQ OMX First North (assuming the free float requirement, etc. is achieved). The new share issue is made in order to strengthen the company’s financial position for the company’s continued market investment, and facing the decisions taken for the development of new products.
G&W Fondkommission is acting as financial advisor to Doxa in connection with the transaction and the imminent listing on NASDAQ OMX First North. Nordnet Bank AB is acting as the Retail Selling Agent in connection with the offering. Delphi has provided legal advice regarding the transaction.
