Delphi has advised Com Hem Holding AB in the acquisition of Phonera Företag AB and its subsidiaries (Business “Phonera Telefoni “) of Phonera AB (publ). Closing of the transaction is planned to March 31, 2014.
Delphi’s team was led by partner David Aversten, mainly assisted by Emma Dansbo (project leader), Johan Hübner (partner TMT), Elisabeth Eklund (partner competition law) and a team of lawyers and associates.
