Delphi has advised Oniva Online Group Europe in connection with private placement and rights issue

Delphi has been legal advisor to Oniva Online Group Europe AB (publ), whose shares are listed on NASDAQ OMX First North. The assignment included a private placement of approximately SEK 20 million and a fully underwritten rights issue of approximately SEK 65,4 million. The new shares are expected to start trading on NASDAQ OMX First North the second week in 2014.
