Delphi has been advisor to Ohmslag AB when it sold PoB:s Elektriska AB to FSN Capital. FSN Capital acquired five high-quality technical installation companies at once to create a new player on the Swedish installation market named Instalco.

PoB:s Elektriska AB was founded in 1986 and is a leading electrical installation company with a leading market position.
