Delphi represents Smile in the combination with Colosseum

Delphi is representing Smileco Group AB and its shareholders (its main shareholder being Scope Growth II L.P.) in the combination with Colosseum Group. The combination of the companies and their subsidiaries creates the largest privately owned dental healthcare group in Scandinavia, with approx. 800 employees in 41 clinics in Sweden, Norway and Denmark with an aggregate turnover of approx. SEK 850 million. The combined group will be owned by IK Investment Partners, Scope, the founders and other investors.

 

The Delphi team includes Mats Boman (lead partner), Michael Juhlin, Olof Reinholdsson, Rickard Isacson, Erik Persson, Erica Svennar, Frida Lager and Lovisa Hellqvist (M&A); Elisabeth Eklund and Oscar Jansson (Competition); Paula Hogéus and Isak Bondesson (Employment); Magnus Björkander (Real Property); and Sofia Karlsson (TMT).
