Delphi advisors in logistics transaction

Delphi has advised the Turkish group Yildirim Group in its acquisition of Gävle Container Terminal AB. Yildirim Group, which was established in 1963, is today one of the fastest growing industrial groups in Turkey with headquartered in Istanbul.

 

Delphi’s team consisted of Mikael Knutsson and Vilhelm Nyström, responsible partners. Project leader has been senior associate Fredrik Jorstadius. The team also included Eva Folkow, Daniel Gustafsson, Daniel Drott, Erik Ljungqvist and Siri Mårtensson.
