Delphi has been legal advisor to TC TECH Sweden AB (publ) when implementing a diversification of ownership through a public offering of new shares in connection with a listing on NASDAQ First North.
The offering, which resulted in subscriptions totaling 110 million SEK and a subscription rate above 300%, provided the company with a capital contribution of approx 30 million SEK and around 800 new shareholders. The first day of trading for the shares is today, 30 November 2015.
TC TECH develops production technology for the screen industry – advanced systems that make it possible to produce screens that are thinner, better and energy-saving. TC TECH is now entering its commercialization phase, having recently secured its first order from a client in Taiwan.
