Delphi advisor to Bas Invest in connection with the acquisition of JAY Solutions Oy

Delphi has assisted Bas Invest in connection with the acquisition of all shares in JAY Solutions Oy (“JAY”) from a collective of owners represented by the majority owner, CapMan Plc. JAY’s business focuses on its in-house developed SaaS-platform to produce financial reports and analysis for the asset management industry and giving customers a full view of their respective wealth.

Bas Invest is a Swedish investment firm, investing in mainly small and medium sized companies on the Swedish, or otherwise Nordic market.

Delphi’s team primarily consisted of Rickard Isacson and Daniel Malm.
