Delphi advisor to Momentum Group in connection with the acquisition of Börjesson Pipe Systems

Delphi has advised Momentum Group in connection with the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Börjesson Pipe Systems AB (“BPS”).

Momentum Group consists of a number of companies that together form one of the Nordic countries’ leading suppliers of industrial components, industrial service and other related services in the industrial sector. The group has a turnover of approximately SEK 1.5 billion and has approximately 500 employees.

BPS is one of the leading players in the market for flow technology solutions and products. Since the start in 2001, the company has had stable growth and today has a turnover of approximately SEK 50 million.

Delphi’s team consisted of Mats Dahlberg, Glenn Nyström, Adam Odmark, Lovisa Lennström, Ellen Karp Jacobsson, Emilia Hjers and Ida Nordmark.
