Delphi advisor to NIBE in the acquisition of the German ELMESS-Klöpper Group

Delphi has, in cooperation with German law firm Menold Bezler, advised the NIBE Group in connection with their acquisition of 100% of the shares in the German ELMESS-Klöpper Group. ELMESS-Klöpper Group will become part of the NIBE Element business area.

ELMESS-Klöpper Group comprises the operating companies Klöpper-Therm GmbH & Co. KG i Dortmund, ELMESS-Thermosystemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG in Uelzen and the management company Klöpper GmbH & Co. KG in Dortmund. ELMESS-Klöpper Group is a European market leader in the field of electrical process heating.

Delphi’s team consisted of Terese Leire and Per-Ivar Svensson. Menold Bezlers team consisted of Hansjörg Frenz and Andreas Mayr.
