Delphi advisor to Akelius in connection with Akelius acquisition of 40 million shares in Castellum AB from M2 Asset Management AB

Delphi has advised Akelius Residential Property AB (publ) (”Akelius”) in Akelius acquisition of 40 million shares in Castellum AB from M2 Asset Management AB. The purchase price is 115 SEK per share, in total SEK 4.6 billion, or EUR 424 million. Following the acquisition, Akelius will own 12.2 percent of the total number of shares in Castellum AB, excluding shares held by the company.

Akelius owns nineteen thousand rental apartments in the metropolitan cities New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Austin, Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, London, and Paris.
