Delphi advisors to Nibe Industrier AB (publ) on the acquisition of WaterFurnace Renewable Energy, Inc. in a recommended transaction

Delphi has advised Nibe Industrier AB (publ) on the acquisition of WaterFurnace Renewable Energy, Inc. in a recommended transaction. WaterFurnace is one of the market leaders in the North American geothermal heat pump heating and cooling solutions market and is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

WaterFurnace shareholders will receive C$30.60 per share in cash. The total equity value of the transaction is approximately SEK 2.4 billion. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and the approval of WaterFurnace´s shareholders.
