Delphi conducts study on behalf of the European Commission regarding restrictions on the freedom of establishment in the retail sector

The European Commission has commissioned a study on restrictions on freedom of establishment for the retail sector within the 28 Member States of the European Union (letter of support). Advokatfirman Delphi is responsible for the report in Sweden. Within this assignment Delphi are drafting reports as well as conducting interviews on the possible restrictions that actors on the retail market faces. Delphi is conducting this study in cooperation with HVG advocaten-avocats, with the support of EY, that coordinate the work on a European level as well as drafts a European report.

 

Within this study we invite all stakeholders to participate in an online questionnaire where you can submit your comments on commercial establishment in Sweden. By clicking on the following link you will be directed to the online questionnaire:

If you are a retailer: emeia2.ey-vx.com. If you are a stakeholder: emeia2.ey-vx.com.

– The questionnaire should take not more than 15 minutes to complete.
– Once you open the questionnaire and start typing answers, they will automatically be saved in our database. If you close the survey before being done, your answers will be saved but you will not be able to access the survey again to make changes.
– By clicking on “Done” at the end of the questionnaire, your answers will be final and you will not be able to make any changes.

In order to guarantee the confidentiality of the questionnaire, the survey results will be reported in aggregate and anonymous form only.
