Delphi has advised Sykes Enterprises at Telenor’s outsourcing of its customer service

Delphi has advised Sykes Enterprises as legal advisor in connection with Telenor’s outsourcing of its customer service.

 

Sykes Enterprises takes over the responsibility for Telenor’s customer service operations from 7th April 2013 together with another supplier. The transaction is a result of Telenor’s strategy to focus on product and service development and use specialized partners in cases where they can pursue certain activities more efficiently.

Sykes Enterprises is a global leader in the so called customer contact management solutions and business process outsourcing (BPO). Sykes Enterprises, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, has over 45,000 employees.
