Delphi strengthens its employment law team

Delphi is pleased to announce that lawyer Magnus Berterud has joined as senior employment law specialist, in a role as Counsel, at the Stockholm office. Magnus comes from Bird & Bird where he has worked since 2006. Magnus has extensive experience of providing both traditional employment law advice as well as advice in M&A transactions and outsourcing. Magnus is also experienced in labour litigation, both in public courts and in arbitration proceedings.

 

Strengthening the group with a new senior employment law specialist is one step in Delphi’s strategy to strengthen its employment law team. In addition to Magnus, Kajsa Wahrenby has also joined the group as an associate. Kajsa also joins Delphi from Bird & Bird, where she has worked since March 2013. At Bird & Bird, Kajsa worked primarily with employment law and she qualified at Uppsala University in 2010 with a focus on employment law.

“With his background, Magnus is a strong addition to Delphi, both in order to – together with the head of our employment law group Fredrik Nordlöf – continue to build a successful employment law practice as well as contributing to our M&A practice,” says Stefan Erhag, Executive Partner at Delphi.
