Delphi’s EU and Competition and Public Procurement Law practice group is once again ranked high by Legal 500

The law firm Delphi has once again received a high ranking for its EU and Competition Law and Public Procurement practice group. The well renowned ranking institute Legal 500 ranks Delphi high in its EU and Competition guide where Public procurement is included. Anna Ulfsdotter Forssell, partner and head of the practice group, is also one of seven Swedish lawyers ranked as “leading individual” within the area.

Delphi’s EU and competition practice group is recommended for ‘strategic analysis and guidance delivered on time’, particularly in public procurement cases.

Several of Delphi’s lawyers are also mentioned. It is noted that Anna Ulfsdotter Forssell and Sara-Li Olovsson represented Sanofi Pasteur MSD before the Svea Administrative Court of Appeal in a case concerning the national tender for HPV vaccine. Elisabeth Eklund is advising Sanofi Pasteur in competition law issues and Kristian Pedersen and Erik Olsson assist Xerox Sweden in public procurement matters.

“I am proud of having built up and of leading our practice group. Obviously I am very happy with our skilled lawyers” says Anna Ulfsdotter Forssell, head of the practice group in a comment. “These excellent rankings confirm that Delphi is one of the leading and most appreciated legal advisors within these fields in Sweden. The lawyers in the group are pragmatic and used to finding solutions. If the client gets involved in litigation, something we always strive to avoid, we are also skilled as counsels in court proceedings. The lawyers in the practice group are often sought-after as speakers at conferences. Furthermore we are active in influencing the legal development by commenting new legislation and writing articles.”
