Delphi’s Johan Kahn appointed first choice in IT by in-house lawyers

Johan Kahn, head of Delphi’s TMT/IP group, has been awarded the 2014 Client Choice Award for Sweden in 2014 in IT law. The prize is awarded to the Swedish IT lawyer that most in-house lawyers consider to be the foremost in terms of adding value to their business.

The criteria that formed the basis for the appointment are the quality of advice, value for money, commercial understanding, effective communication, fee transparency, the application of appropriate pricing models, response time, knowledge sharing and use of technology.
