Delphi advisor in connection with Yangi’s capital raise

Delphi has acted as legal advisor to Yangi in connection with the company’s capital raise. Yangi has completed an oversubscribed Series A round of EUR 10 million, led by Industrifonden with participation from two global industrial players as well as Almi Invest GreenTech. The investment marks an important step in the company’s efforts to industrialize fiber-based packaging solutions at scale.
