International Comparative Legal Guide 2020, Sweden: Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Tobias Hamrin and Emil Andersson have contributed to this year’s chapter for litigation and dispute resolution in ICLGs publication for 2020. ICLG, the International Comparative Legal Guide, is a guide for comparative law where 191 different jurisdictions are compared. Throughout the chapter they answer the most common questions about litigation and dispute resolution in Swedish law in both general court and arbitration.
