Tobias Hamrin

Tobias Hamrin specialises in commercial dispute resolution and represents Swedish and international companies in courts and in arbitration proceedings. He also has experience of sitting as an arbitrator. Tobias advises and litigates in a range of industries, such as insurance and construction, and has acted as counsel in several notable bankruptcy-related disputes. He also has extensive experience in matters concerning board member and auditor liability.

With additional degrees in International Law and in Economics including engineering mathematics, Tobias is able to add perspectives that are broader than that of just Swedish law to complex commercial disputes. Tobias has been noted in The Legal 500 ranking for his work in insurance law and dispute resolution, and is described in the 2020 edition as “very talented and intelligent”.
