About
Tobias Hamrin specialises in commercial dispute resolution. Tobias advises and litigates in a range of industries, such as insurance and construction, and has acted as counsel in several notable bankruptcy-related disputes. He also has extensive experience in matters concerning board member and auditor liability. With additional degrees in International Law and in Economics, including mathematics, Tobias adds perspectives that are broader than that of just Swedish law to complex commercial disputes.
Tobias regularly sits as an arbitrator, appointed by both parties and institutes. He was the principal for the SAA and SCC Arbitrator Training Programme for 2024.
