On 25 November, Elisabeth Eklund, Partner at Advokatfirman Delphi, will speak at l’Entente’s Table Ronde in Brussels on the topic “Call-in powers : retours d’expérience et enjeux pratiques pour le contrôle des concentrations.”
The seminar, organised in cooperation with Jones Day, will address how competition authorities within the EU are applying so-called call-in powers to review transactions below the traditional notification thresholds. Elisabeth Eklund will present the Swedish model and share her practical experiences and discuss challenges with call-in notifications.
Other speakers include Marion Bailly from the European Commission and Mario Todino from Jones Day.
