Delphi advisor to Investcorp in connection with its investment in Eficode

Investcorp has made a significant investment in Eficode and becomes a majority shareholder in Eficode. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023.

Eficode, a leading global provider of DevOps consulting and managed services, has raised its revenues from EUR 22 million to over EUR 150 million in the last four years.

Investcorp is a leading provider and manager of alternative investment products.

Delphi advises Investcorp regarding the Swedish part of Eficode’s business with a team consisting of Michael Juhlin, Glenn Nyström, Helene Andersson, Magnus Berterud, Adam Odmark, Ida Nordmark, Felix Makarowski, Fredrik Nykvist, Lovisa Lennström and Ellen Karp Jakobsson.
