Delphi advises Jernhusen on the lease of premises in Gothenburg’s new central station – Grand Central.

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised Jernhusen in connection with the lease of office premises in Göteborg Grand Central. The leased premises comprises approximately 2,700 sqm, with planned occupancy in 2027.

Göteborg Grand Central is a new building of approximately 15,000 sqm designed by Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter. The building will be integrated with Gothenburg Central Station and will accommodate offices, station facilities, restaurants and retail. The building is being developed with a strong focus on long-term sustainability, and the office premises will be certified according to BREEAM Outstanding.
