Delphi advises Månsson Fastigheter and Trenum Södra Änggården AB on the letting of newly built premises to Nordiska Kliniken

Advokatfirman Delphi has acted as legal advisor to Månsson Fastigheter and Trenum Södra Änggården AB in the negotiations and execution of a lease agreement with Nordiska Kliniken regarding approximately 1,200 sqm of healthcare premises in newly built properties on Fältspatsgatan in Södra Änggården, Gothenburg. The property is currently under construction, with planned occupancy in spring 2026. The project comprises 128 residential rental apartments and a number of commercial units.

The letting means that Nordiska Kliniken, which operates within plastic surgery, aesthetic treatments and beauty care, is now establishing its presence in Gothenburg.
