Delphi advisor to MTIP and other shareholders in connection with the divestment of Trialbee and related reinvestment

Advokatfirman Delphi has acted as legal advisor to the shareholders of Trialbee AB (“Trialbee”) including funds administered by MTIP, in connection with the divestment of all shares in Trialbee to Varsity Healthcare Partners (“Varsity”). MTIP and certain other shareholders further reinvested a portion of the proceeds received to participate as minority investors in Trialbee’s next phase of growth.
