Delphi advisor to Mare S.p.A in connection with the acquisition of Sellukem AB

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised Mare S.p.A, through its subsidiary Mare Sweden AB, in connection with its acquisition of all shares in Sellukem AB.

Mare S.p.A, founded in 1979, is one of Europe’s largest privately owned manufacturers and suppliers of functional and process chemical products and solutions to a wide range of industries.

Sellukem AB, founded in 1995, operates as a distributor of specialty chemicals and is engaged in the business of supplying and distributing advanced chemical products used in production processes.

Delphi’s team mainly consisted of Rickard Isacson, Anna Bjurell, Carl Dahlgren, Karin Roberts, Emmy Falck and Amanda Bos Ekman.
