Delphi advises Xer Tech on reverse takeover and capital raise

Advokatfirman Delphi has acted as legal adviser to Xer Tech AB in connection with the reverse takeover of Xer Tech AB by Renewable Ventures Nordic AB (publ) and the capital raise of approximately SEK 80 million that was carried out in connection with the reversed takeover. As part of the transaction, Renewable Ventures Nordic AB will change its name to Xer Tech Holding AB.

Xer Tech AB is a Swiss-based manufacturer of heavy-duty, long-range hybrid-electric unmanned aerial systems designed for industrial and governmental applications.
