Delphi advises Elicera Therapeutics on rights issue

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised Elicera Therapeutics AB (publ) (“Elicera”) in connection with the company’s rights issue of 18,200,833 shares, through which Elicera raises approximately SEK 54.6 million before transaction costs. Elicera’s shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB acted as financial adviser in connection with the transaction.

Elicera Therapeutics AB (publ) is a clinical-stage cell and gene therapy company developing next-generation immuno-oncology treatments based on iTANK-armed oncolytic viruses and CAR T-cells. The company has four drug candidates in development, two CAR T-cells and two oncolytic viruses. The fully developed and commercially available technology platform, iTANK, can be used to optimise the efficacy of all CAR T-cells under development and activate killer T-cells against cancer.
