Delphi advisor to Vindlövet in connection with acquisition

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised Vindlövet AB in connection with the acquisition of wind turbines. The acquisition comprises five onshore wind turbines in Falkenberg, located near the port. This is Vindlövet’s first acquisition, and the turbines need repowering. Repowering involves replacing older wind turbines with newer, more efficient models within existing wind farms. Vindlövet continuously evaluates new acquisition opportunities for the repowering of wind assets.
