Delphi advisor to Qflow in connection with the acquisition of Kvadra

Advokatfirman Delphi has advised Qflow in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Kvadra Gruppen AB.

Kvadra is a Swedish technical consulting company which provides services within project management, construction management, and inspection, with particular expertise in railway systems (track, electrical, and signaling). Kvadra is included in a group consisting of Kvadra, Kvadra Infra, Kvadra Konstruktion and Kvadra Besiktning.

Qflow and its portfolio companies comprise an established platform of leading companies in consulting services within infrastructure and community/societal development in Europe.
